Our work

Turning ideas into practical action

Humanity1st applies its methodology through partnerships and pilot initiatives. Every collaboration provides an opportunity to explore shared challenges, develop practical tools and generate learning that continues to strengthen the Humanity1st approach.

The partnerships below demonstrate how the same methodology can be adapted across different organisations, communities and sectors.

MASI Sports

Leadership through sport

Humanity1st is working with MASI Sports to explore how football can become a practical environment for young people to discover what matters to them, turn those ideas into shared behaviours, and test them together in real situations.

Rather than teaching values abstractly, the pilot allows girls to experience them through football: moments of pressure, mistakes, encouragement, inclusion and teamwork. What they notice and learn is then gradually translated into a shared MASI Team Compass.

What the pilots contribute

The pilot initiatives above show how the Humanity1st methodology is being applied in practice through these partnerships.

Each pilot generates new evidence, insights and learning that contribute to the continued development of the methodology.
